The Art of Eight-Tracking is a small room-based installation that features eight singular sound loops eminating from unique photo+sound speaker hybrid objects, each mounted directly on the wall.

• a frozen-note vocal tone
• a ringing bell, forward and reverse in time
• a small textual line spoken in a storm
• a pulsing, percussive heartbeat
• a moment of organized hand clapping
• a dull organic tip-tapping
• a bleeping sound fading in & out
• a truncated choir-bit drifting in the ether

... all sounds combine, mix and mingle organically to create a 'narrative mood', a resonant textural glue that binds this entire scene together within the space.
